Delete your LuckForge account
From inside the game
- Make sure your phone is online, then open LuckForge and go to Settings.
- Tap Account Delete.
- In the "Delete Account" window, type DELETE. The Confirm button turns on. Tap it.
Deletion needs an internet connection to erase your cloud copy and account. If you deleted while offline, email us and we finish it for you. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases. Lifetime purchases (AD Remove, 2x Speed) are linked to your Apple ID and can be restored later with Settings → Restore.

Remove access from Apple or Google
If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can also remove LuckForge's access there:
- Apple ID: iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
- Google Account: Security → Third-party apps and services.
Can't open the game?
Email support@luckystudiosgaming.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your Player ID if you have it. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
